		<description>Whenever I placed the order I requested the all black leather not the patent black leather. Even when I received this review link the right leather shoe was shown and then the next link showed the patent. Anyhow,I was instructed by amazon to contact the sender since it was a 3rd party order. Well, I contacted Macy&#039;s in hopes of returning the shoe to a local store but that was to no avail. I contacted Macy&#039;s customer service and one of the representatives put on the best &quot;I&#039;M SORRY&quot; apologies over the phone in an attempt I assume to coddle me. It still remained It was not the item I wanted, I was even told that because it was sent to someone else as a gift, they would have to speak to the receiver to find out if they wanted to return the item. Isn&#039;t that just dandy I thought, I paid for it and had the confirmation info but the minute I wanted it returned, someone else had a voice in it and I didn&#039;t, Wow! What a return system! I called back and was thankfully given some instruction on having the receiver return the item by mail. Frankly it would have been rather difficult since I&#039;m away serving a tour in Iraq. I finally called another store locally and purchased the shoes without a hitch. Up until this point I hadn&#039;t had any problems with products I have ordered. I hope to continue a worry free relationship with amazon in the future. In addition I hope there will be an easier route to resolving issues in the future, especially with Nationaly chained stores that are linked to this website.
